"Friends of Denis" or "FOD", as it is known, is a disorganization of cruisers in the Eastern Caribbean. Its membership is strictly limited to those who listen to Denis on the SSB at 4420 USB at 7:45 AM AST. All others admitted only on Recomendation of a Member in good standing. The bylaws have but one entry: "If three or more FODers find themselves in the same anchorage, there must be a meeting".
