The big planes come in at Hewanorra Airport at Vieux Fort (UVF) at the southern end of St. Lucia. We generally anchor at the southern end of the bay and dinghy in to the fish dock and walk to the airport. You can wait at the "waving deck" and have lunch and actually see your guest get off the plane and walk across the tarmac to the terminal. We take a taxi back to the fish dock, dinghy back to the boat and then get the guest in the water snorkeling before the sun sets.
